My name is Diana. I’m a 29-year-old Physical Education & Health teacher who has a love for fitness & nutrition. As I approached my 29th birthday on the 29th of October, I’ve realized that the last few years have been full of change.

I switched teaching careers. Me (left) and my fellow rockstar PE teachers!


Became a NASM certified Personal Trainer (Not training…yet) Me in my Happy Place!


I met, fell in love with, and moved in with my Boyfriend… 3 years strong!


And most of all, I realized that it’s time to make it all work!

  I’ve always been open to truing new ways to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Moderation was not always my good friend! I’ve been fortunate enough to start realizing what works for me and while I do struggle at times, I’m continuously learning and loving it.

SO, why the blog? I’m taking this journey in order to find the balance of eating healthy, working out and enjoying the treats life has to offer. I want to have a place to share and inspire others to not only love a healthy and active lifestyle, but know that it’s possible to have your cake and eat some of it too!!
