Hello Friends! Just an update with a WIAW! Thanks to Jenn and her fantastic blog, I’ll be joining the WIAW family!
So here is the sample of what my day usually looks like!
Meal 1 – My trusty bfast oatmeal cakes with strawberries! Sorry I didn’t take a new pic. I will next time for sure!
Meal 2 – Pumpkin Protein Bars…YUM! I love the added pumpkin seeds on top for a crunch.
Meal 3 – Homemade egg white salad with chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Some butternut squash hiding underneath it!
Meal 4 – 2 teaspoons of peanut butter (stolen from my coworker), half a banana on a whole grain rice cake, sprinkled with cinnamon and a protein shake. I adore Optimum Nutrition’s Double Chocolate Whey.
Meal 5 – Typical setup! Protein, Vegetable, Healthy Carb = Steak, Green beans & Sweet potato.
Meal 6 – Light & Fit Greek Yogurt (not pictured), my favorite is vanilla!
